No Way Back

It is unbelievable to be in this land
Of Kakuma; no one wished
To be here but the condition made me be here.

How can I go back in my country?
And I know there is no peace yet
No, no repatriation can't be the solution
For my life, I have scores of things to do in life.

Everybody that is in the camp has a different story.
There is no way to go back.
Why am I here in this land?
And tell me go back.

Leaders and the UN, let's be honest
And consider people here.
Yes, our countries are good
And have minerals but I have no place there,
My colleague old fashion has taken it.

I want also to enjoy the place of people
Who will have peace forever.
Not the peace of two days,
Two months or two years, and break again,
But continuous peace.

Let some people help us the way the others helped them
When they were in trouble,
So, that I will never think about repatriation..

My only question is, if you are taken back in the countries,
What about your camp and the projects you left?
What are you going to do when war will break again?
