Good Friday
It's happening to be such kind of dramatizing activities. When I heard two men, which were drunk screaming and staggering like nobody's business on my way to Hong Kong* they were also shouting by saying that "Jesus Christ will die tomorrow" and they broke into song
Jesus Christ Son of God will die tomorrow x 2 And he will resurrect from the death on the third day x 2 They were dancing, dancing to the tune and rhythms and were telling me that I should drink alcohol like them and dance with them also. I stood beside them and watched, because I was confused on what to do, because such kind of activity had never happen one day in my life.
I went home and I took my Holy Bile and I open the book of saint Luke, chapter twenty three, than I saw the picture of our Lord Jesus Christ on the cross and I break into prayer "our father, who art in heaven, hallow be they name, they kingdom come, they will be done on earth as it is in heaven, give us this day as our daily, forgive our temptation and deliver us from the evil Amen"
My dear ones, at that moment I began to remind myself about the word of my friend William James the great thinker, that if you only care enough for the result, you will certainty attain it, it was on Thursday that those things happens.
The following day it was Good Friday, in the morning the weather was as usual and when it's come to afternoon hours the weather change to be condenser and almost raining plus thunderstorm at that moment I begun to realize what had happen to Jesus Christ during the time he was crucified in the land of Jesus.
There were big thunderstorms, earthquake and the whole earth was filled with darkness while it was at three p.m. the time they crucified Son of God, in the place of skull in Jerusalem.
It was really fuzzy, I thoughts that it many happen like for last time in Jerusalem. It was at three PM the time people want to the church and I was left alone thinking on how it will happen in this dry land of Turkana district. After thirty minutes I stood up and went to the church as the others did, I found every body had already gathered in the church, they were praising the Lord and others were mourning. I stood behind them like King Herod ready to command the crucifixion of Christ and face the front parts of the church. Then I saw the picture of Jesus Christ on the cross in the front of church and I broke into tears and to some unexpected prayers.
At that moment the weather was almost turning to the darkness with a lot of thunderstorm, I begun to have fear in my fingertips. Because it was the first time to celebrate the Good Friday and there were clouds and thunderstorms. So I have realized that our prayers are heard by God, so let us pray hard and bind ourselves with his laws.
My brothers and sisters " surely the bloods is thicker than water" within the twinkle of an eye I saw the priest standing before people on the red clothes meaning "those red clothes were worn by Jesus Christ during his crucifixion time" he was so dizzy, sleepy and almost crying, at that time I begun to think that if I were there the time of Jesus Christ I could have prevent him from crucifying but as the Bile say that Jesus making the word of scripture to become true that's why he die for mankind.
The priest told us to kneel down "in order to remember the suffering of our Lord Jesus Christ" we all kneel down and we pray in our heart silently fill God change his mind to remove thunderstorm and change the cloud to the normal one we know till the till the time we left the church in peace and remembering the death of Christ on the cross.
My fellow Christians let's pray hard and also appreciate our God for what he has done for he care for mankind that's why he give rain yesterday and even today the climate is so good for he want his before Son to die in peach and resurrect in peace.
