Dark at Noon

It was dark at noon
In our land
Teenagers were patrolling
Looking after their cattle
Peaceful grazing of the young calves
Young men guarding
Guarding the surroundings
Jumping up with spears and shields
The pride of war invaded them
On their hands the lethal primitive tool
And their murderous hearts
Rise to the climax
They call it inheritance
Of their grandfathers' youth time
And it was dark at noon
In our own land
Tool were sharpened
The theory was put into practice
Blood rose from their veins
Red blood of death
Their testicles disappeared
Hid into their sockets
The assassination from the assassins
Took control over their emotions
And it was dark at noon
In our own land
Of the wake of the century
Turn of the century
Woke up with the gigantic tribe
The division of one huge tribe
Gave rise to war
The war that spills
Many bloods to ground
The blue flies
The gigantic flies
Saab tiger sweet lullaby
Fishermen
Feel with sad and sorrow
As they lay nets down
Of bog bodies
Decayed for months
In our own land
Exodus in another exodus
And it was dark at noon
In our own land

Teenagers were amazed
Surprised with horror
Of the master
Thrill and horror
That led them
Into inadequate understanding
Of their own surroundings
Sabotage's invaded in their own land
And it was dark at noon
In our own land
Cattle were confiscated
Goats and sheep vanished
And the survival of the indigenous
Was complicated
Hunger was spreading
Like a bush fire In our own land
And it was dark at noon In our own land.
