On a sad note, Fritz Hirschberger died in San Francisco January 8, 2004.
All paintings are oil on canvas, except "Rumkowski" a 40 x 32 photo repro (original at Yad Vashem Jerusalem) , and "I.D. Card" a 32 x 40 photomontage. Dimensions are in inches. Hight preceding width.Titles and annotations were written by and are the opinion of the artist.

Indifference has been shown in the USA from coast to coat, The Czech Republic and Germany, where posters of the paintings axe used to teach the Holocaust in German high schools.
